Case Types

Our reputation is international and, for over 22 years, our work has not been bound by geographical boundaries. We have testified in courts of law as expert witnesses.

We have three reports that are available. Keep in mind that, as industry standards and ethics state, we cannot release the report until the payment is received but we can work on them prior to payment and have them ready to go. Once we receive payment we will email and mail the original report immediately. This way our clients can receive the report in advance of awaiting the often-slow mail system.

The three report types are:

(1) “Basic Opinion” - a one simple statement, on company letterhead, stating my "unofficial" opinion -- $175

(2) “Notarized Opinion” – a one page opinion, on company letterhead, notarized -- $ 350

(3) “Court-Ready” - a multi-page document stating my opinion to include an attachment with visual and descriptive evidence attached. The average length of this is approximately 4-6 pages. It describes details on the conclusion and descriptive sentences under the visual evidence as well -- $650.

Many times our clients will think “cheap” and go with report # 1. While this is fine it has somewhat limited use. For example report # 1 is best used for intimidation purposes…if you think that the perpetrator will very easily confess when shown this report then it is all you would need. However if you think the perpetrator will need a bit more intimidation with a more “legal” document then report # 2 is perfect.

However, if your situation has even the slightest chance at appearing in a court of law or in front of lawyers / judges / law enforcement then it is best to use report # 3. In other words, if you start “cheap” with report #1 and then later find you will need report # 3, you have just wasted the cost of report #1.

Client satisfaction is very important to us and since you know your situation best we urge you to examine your situation carefully and proactively and make the decision on which report is best for your purposes. If you decide to utilize our agency you can overnight or mail the originals with a check or you can simply scan / email or fax the documents in question along with any suspect and victim writing samples. Be sure to make a note or list on a cover sheet about which document is the one in question, the suspect or victims to eliminate any confusion. We can typically start working on it within 24 hours depending upon current case load.
