Tom Ratzsch has over 20 years experience in the Law enforcement field. He has worked in the juvenile justice system for 9 years, working with the sexual assault unit, intensive supervision unit, and the booking area. He has been working as a Correctional Officer in Las Vegas since 1999. He also works as a K-9 officer and assists the training division. He teaches a variety of classes such as defensive tactics, CPR, use of force, O.C. spray, and firearms. He also was a police officer in the United States Air Force with his last assignment as a K-9 instructor at the combat schoolhouse for dogs.
